Ten-year warranty
Every piece carries a ten-year warranty against manufacturing defects — cracked welds, failed seals, delaminated bases. We repair or replace, at our discretion.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. Write to us with your order number and we will arrange collection where a reverse pickup is serviceable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven working days of the returned item reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
What is not covered
Ordinary scratches from use, discolouration from prolonged contact with salt or acid, and damage from misuse or commercial use beyond the intended purpose.
